🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you've received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we’re happy to replace it at no cost to you.

✅ Replacement Conditions:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Return the item within 7 days, unused and in original packaging.
  • Items must be eligible under our policy and verified by our team.

🔄 How to Request a Replacement:

  1. WhatsApp us at 0303-8770077 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Send clear photos of the product along with a brief description of the issue.
  3. Repack the item carefully in its original condition.
  4. Our courier partner will deliver the replacement and collect the incorrect item.

Note: We will cover all shipping charges for valid replacement requests.

 

❗ Terms & Conditions

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an item is dispatched.
  • Any items returned that do not qualify for replacement will be discarded or returned at your own cost.

To ensure fast delivery, our order processing begins immediately after confirmation.
We can only cancel orders before they are confirmed by our warehouse team.
